This Privacy Policy explains how Revmind360 collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use our websites, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Scope and Our Role
This Privacy Policy applies to healthcare organizations, authorized users, website visitors, and prospective customers. Depending on the type of information involved:
- Customer (Healthcare Organization): Generally acts as the Data Controller or Covered Entity and determines why and how patient information is processed.
- Logpagia Technologies: Acts as a Data Processor, Business Associate, or Service Provider, processing information solely to provide the Services.
2. Information We Collect
- Account & Organization Information: Full name, business email, telephone number, job title, login credentials, billing details, and facility configurations.
- Healthcare Operational & Patient Information: Claims, payments, denials, appeals, accounts receivable data, and Protected Health Information (PHI) provided by authorized customers.
- Technical & Cookie Information: IP addresses, browser types, device specifications, session identifiers, security logs, and authentication tokens to maintain secure login sessions.
3. How We Use Information
We process information solely to deliver and operate the Revmind360 platform, authenticate users, generate AI-powered recommendations (via Pagia AI), protect accounts against unauthorized access, and meet regulatory compliance standards. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioral advertising.
4. Data Security & HIPAA
Revmind360 incorporates enterprise-grade controls, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and persistent audit logging. Where required by contract, Logpagia will execute a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with healthcare clients.
